Publications
Twice a year,
Cahiers d’histoire de l’aluminium (CHA) gives an overview of current research, including studies by standing committees, academic work, professional testimonies and accounts and archive documents.
The IHA-published journal is open to debate and eclectic in its editorial choices, reflecting the institute’s activities. CHA seeks to promote the latest research and gives substantial space to articles by young researchers.
IHA’s methods vary depending on the type of publication project. Through
joint or assisted publications, a unique collection of works on aluminium history has been built up over time.
Many of these publications feature academic research supported by IHA or voluntary work.
In other cases, IHA was not involved in the research but opted to help disseminate the work.
Finally, certain publications correspond to orders placed with IHA in line with events such as corporate anniversaries.
