Research works, symposiums, etc.

Since 1987, IHA has given rise to more than 80 academic works in social sciences on aluminium, particularly its history, through a flexible research support framework.

International symposiums and meetings have strengthened and extended the network of researchers interested in the aluminium history and enabled them to meet industry specialists.

The many-sided body thus formed has resulted in benchmark publications.
This work has been crowned by a number of distinctions.

Authors’ works

In the framework of IHA’s workgroups and standing committees, more than 500 documents – studies, written testimonies, oral history – have been drawn up or collected, forming unique source material for the history of aluminium.
