The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Institute for the History of Aluminium (IHA) :
- discusses the main orientations and the resources to be used,
- examine the annual financial statements to approved by the Annual General Meeting,
- approves the IHA’s activity programmes
- approves the annual budget as presented by the Officers.
